Bob Marshall is the President of Marshall & Associates, PLLC and is a licensed CPA in Nevada, Texas and Vermont. His expertise is advising closely-held businesses and high-net worth individuals, and he has extensive experience offering tax and business consulting, transfer tax planning, and valuation services. 

 

Prior to starting Marshall & Associates, Mr. Marshall worked for KPMG, LLP, which included working in the KPMG Washington National Tax office providing support to the operating offices of KPMG. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Bentley University and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Nevada Society of CPAs and the Vermont Society of CPAs.

 

He has also obtained the Personal Financial Specialist designation from the AICPA. Bob serves on the Board of Directors for the Lake Champlain Transportation Company and Hope for Prisoners, Inc. He also authored A Sinking Nation, a primer on the U.S. debt and deficit.
